Nutrition Tips
Like most of my clients I am extremely busy with work, family and projects that seem to make the days fly by. The hectic life most of us lead takes a toll on our overall health, and many of my clients continue to express concern about their poor eating habits, especially at night. My advice is to take one day at a time and not to worry if you have a bad meal or a bad day or two. If you can follow the 80-20 rule and eat well 80% of the time you will be fine.
