I have been involved in the fitness business 25 years and have built and managed several fitness centers. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), and CPR/First Aid Certified. I am also a member of the Idea Health and Fitness Association. My goal, as your Personal Fitness Trainer, is to improve your overall Quality of Life through proper diet and fitness.
